Terms & Conditions

All of our clauses are fair and common place across a variety of service providers. These terms are intended as a reference document only. We always try to be fair, both to ourselves and to the client. In the unlikely event of a complaint, dispute, misunderstanding or dispute, we will always offer a fair settlement usually weighted in the clients favour. By ordering MyMaid services by telephone, e-mail, or its website the Client agrees to be bound by MyMaid terms and condition.

  1. Booking & Pricing

    • You can request for a cleaning service through our website, phone call or email.
    • Booking needs to be done 24 hours in advance.
    • Booking is always subject to availability.
    • Our pricing starts from 35AED/hour
    • Minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies
    • The payment should be in cash or online through our website on the day of cleaning, except for regular customers or unless agreed.
    • Customer understands that any ‘late payments’ may be subject to additional charges.
    • Client agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work. If the Client does not have cleaning materials and asks MyMaid – Cleaning to purchase requested items on their behalf, she/he understands that an applicable charge will be assessed.
    • The customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Customer agrees to pay the full price for the cleaning visit. 
  1. Complaint & Claims
  • If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge &will return the charges for the first service.
  • MyMaid home care services may take up to 7 working days to respond to a complaint.
  • Complaints are accepted verbally over the phone and in writing (letter, email or Fax). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hours.
    Customer must be present at all times during the recovery-clean. MyMaid

Reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.

  • MyMaid home care services reserve the right not to be liable for completing tasks which are not stated on our task list.
  1. Cancellation
  • Customer may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice.
  • Customer agrees to pay 50% charge of the total hours booked if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Customer may terminate the cleaning service by giving two-week (30 days) advanced notice and specifying the last cleaning date.
