How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
For your own convenient, we can bring our own cleaning materials and that would require you to pay an additional charge of AED 10/hour on top of the regular rate. However you can also provide your own cleaning materials. Kindly note that the following items are required for our cleaning crew to make your home shine:

Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. However, we recommend you to be present at home for the first time you book a cleaning services with us for you to meet personally the cleaner, show them your apartment and explain to them on what you expect them to do. If you booked a one-off cleaning service then you will be expected to be present at home to give them access to the property. Otherwise, you need to let us know how you let the maids in (i.e. leaving the key under the mat, giving the key to the security, leaving the door open, etc.
Can I book the cleaner more than once?
Yes, definitely. If you will select one of our recurring packages we will provide you the same cleaner. but we cannot guarantee her availability as our top-rated cleaning crew get filled up by weekly clients very fast.
What are the payment Methods?
You can pay it via Cash or Credit Card
Where can I find my Invoices?
Once the service is done, we will send you an email with the invoice. You can also find it in the appointment history from your account. You can always reach us anytime for more details.
How much is the Cleaning service fee?
We aim for our customer satisfaction. At MyMaid, we offer you an affordable packages with a high-quality service. Packages' rates are as follows:

There will be a cancellation fee of half of the total cost of the service scheduled.
We guarantee satisfaction. Just call us within 30 days of service and we’ll return to your home to remedy the problem.
